Blonde Moment... Yes, even I have them! ;)
I just now realized that people sometimes comment on my blog.... I figured I was just rambling aimlessly to the voids of cyberspace. So for those of you who actually read this and sometimes comment... sorry that I never answered any of your questions. Kathy, I just wanted to tell you that I am studying Business. I am gonna try and make it back up that way cause there really isn't much of a Business program down here. My apologies for it taking so long to respond.
I Wanna Soak Up the Sun! (think Sheryl Crow)
As sands through the hourglass of time, these are the days of our lives... or at least, my life. Things are constantly going. I am really trying my hardest to survive this semester of college. Between working full time, school full time, an externship with the hospital on my day off from work, and a long distance boyfriend... I stay pretty busy. I have to admit however that I would much rather be busy than bored. I want to give a shout out to my brother whose birthday I missed yesterday. Sorry Derek! Happy late Birthday! He turned the ripe old age of 23. I also want to say Happy Birthday to my dad, whose Birthday is tomorrow. I won't say how old he is... ha ha. It is also one of my really good friends Birthday tomorrow as well... so Happy Birthday Ryanne! Ok, I'm done with the Birthday wishes. The weather here is becoming more beautiful every day. I had the wonderful opportunity to go hiking this last Sunday with my mom and dad, and some other family. We went to a place called Little Black Mountain on the Utah, Arizona border. It is really cool to go there because you get to see some ancient petroglyphs. I took lots of pictures and had great time soakin up the sun. I cant wait for more outdoors experiences... however I know that soon enough, it will be to hot and I won't want to go hiking anymore.

The week from you know where!
This week has been, let me just say.... the week from HELL! Gah! To top off the crappy week I ended it with having to put my beloved hand me down kitty cat, Nermal, to sleep. She had some tumors that had made it so she had lost the muscle in her body. I will miss her so much.
She came to live with me about two years ago because I had agreed to watch her for a friend who was moving. One week turned to two, and then three, then two years. But she grew on me and helped me heal from a lot of not so great things. I hope she had a good life and that she knew I loved her to death.
I am just gonna say that I am hopin that his next week is better.

Update for 2011
So far in 2011, a lot has happened. It is by far, a much better year up to this point than the whole of last year for me. I was able to apply for, interview, and get offered a promotion at my job. I am now a team leader, which basically translates into supervisor. It has been good for me. It keeps me really busy taking on the extra responsibility at work while also trying to go to school full time. I would much rather be busy however than bored.
After having many, and I mean MANY, car problems, I was able to trade in my beloved 2001 Pontiac Grand Am which I called Lady and upgrade it to a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix which has been affectionately named DC by my wonderful boyfriend Drew.
That brings me to my next item of wonderful news. I was able to finally after many canceled trips because of car problems, make the trek up to meet the man I have been having a phone relationship with for the past 4 months. He is just as wonderful in person as he is over the phone and I really look forward to building a relationship with him.
Life is still throwing us curve balls each and every day, but with the experiences I have had and the knowledge I have gained over the last few years, I am confident that I will survive them and learn and grow into a better version of myself. After all, that is what life is about is it not? Well, I just wanted to give a bit of an update. I will write again soon.
